Composition Scheme and Its Limit

Pick "Composition" with your GSTIN when you set up, and the app makes Bills of Supply and the CMP-08. The CMP-08 page shows this year's sales against the limit — ₹1.5 crore, ₹75 lakh in eight hill and north-eastern States, ₹50 lakh for the services scheme — and warns from 80%. The limit counts all your sales across India under one PAN.

1. Open GST → Returns → CMP-08.
2. Read "Composition Limit This Year" at the top.
3. Crossed it? File GST CMP-04 within 7 days, switch to Regular in Settings → Business and talk to your CA.
