Bills even without internet.
Net gone at the busiest hour? The counter keeps billing. Every bill gets its number on the device, prints from there, and reaches your books by itself when the internet is back — once, never twice.
Download the Android App Open the downloaded file and tap Install. If Android asks, allow "Install unknown apps" once.
How it works
Counter sales keep going
The Counter screen works with no internet. Each bill is numbered in that device's own series (A1/…), saved on the device and can be printed. The bar at the top shows how many bills are waiting.
They sync by themselves
When the internet is back, the bills go to your books with the same number, date, prices and GST — each one once, however many times it is sent.
Nothing slips through
If something changed in the meantime — a price or GST rate, stock running below zero, a credit limit — the bill is still booked and listed under Counter Sync for you to review. A bill the books cannot take is kept there with the reason, to fix and send again.
Full invoices wait in the Outbox
If the internet drops while you save a full invoice, it is kept in the Outbox on that phone. It is not in your books yet: send it from the Outbox when you are back online.
Home stays readable
With no internet, the app shows the last Home you opened, marked with the time it was saved, so you can still see today's figures.
One thing to do first
Open the counter once with internet on each phone or computer you bill from. It then keeps your items, customers and prices on that device for the next time the internet goes.
Questions
Can two counters bill offline at the same time?
Yes. Each device has its own bill series, so two counters never give the same number.
What if my plan ended while I was offline?
A bill is checked against the plan as it was when the bill was made. A bill made after the plan ended is kept under Counter Sync with the reason, not booked.
Is anything about money kept in the browser?
Only what the counter needs: your items, customers, prices and the bills not yet sent. An Outbox invoice is shown and sent only by the person who made it, in the same business.
