Service Delivery Policy

Ziwake is software delivered online as a service by Ziwake. We do not ship any physical goods.

How you receive what you buy

  • Free plan: available as soon as you sign up and add your business.
  • Paid Plans and add-ons: activated on your business in the app as soon as your payment is confirmed. Gateway payments are confirmed within minutes. UPI payments by QR are confirmed once we verify the credit, normally within 1 working day.
  • Your GST tax invoice is available in Settings → Plan & billing as soon as the payment is confirmed.
  • Access is through the website and the installable app on your phone, tablet or computer, with a supported browser and an internet connection. The offline counter needs a connection to sync.

If something is not activated

If a confirmed payment has not activated your Plan or add-on within 1 working day, write to ziwaketech@gmail.com with the payment reference. We will activate it or refund it under our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
