Add Entries from WhatsApp

Send "Sharma ko 500 udhaar", "Ramesh se 2000 mila", a photo of a supplier's bill or "Aaj ka hisaab" to Ziwake on WhatsApp. Each entry comes back with Confirm, Edit in App and Cancel — nothing is saved until you tap Confirm, and your rights are the same as in the app.

1. Owner: open Settings → Use WhatsApp to Add Entries, tick Allow Entries from WhatsApp, tick the team members who may use it, and Save.
2. Save the number shown there in your phone and write to it from the mobile on your Ziwake account.
3. Send an entry such as "Sharma ko 500 udhaar". Check the reply and tap Confirm (or Edit in App, or Cancel).
4. Send a bill photo: it waits as a draft purchase bill — check it and Save in the app. Send "Aaj ka hisaab" for today's figures.
