UPI Payments That Record Themselves
Connect your own Razorpay account once. Then a pay link for a customer's udhaar, or a QR on an invoice or at the counter, records the Payment In by itself when the customer pays — oldest bills first for udhaar, the invoice itself for a bill. Money → UPI Collections shows every link and QR, what came in and anything to look at. Without Razorpay the links use your UPI ID and you record the payment by hand.
- Open Bank & Cash → Online Payments, enter your Razorpay keys and webhook secret, and add the webhook address in Razorpay with the events listed there.
- For udhaar: Udhaar (Khata) → Collect by UPI, check the amount, tap Make Pay Link and send it on WhatsApp.
- For a bill: open the invoice and tap Self-Settling QR — it shows on the invoice and its print.
- At the counter: Charge → type the UPI amount → Self-Settling QR; the bill saves itself when the customer pays.
- Open Money → UPI Collections to see what came in; a payment kept on account or not recorded is under Needs a Look.
