For rent, service charges or subscriptions, set the bill up once and it is made by itself every month or week, ready to share.

1. Open Sale → Recurring Invoices → + New.
2. Pick the customer, items and amount.
3. Choose how often (monthly, weekly …) and the start date.
4. Save — each bill is made on its day and can be sent on WhatsApp.
