Quotation, then a bill

Send a quotation or estimate first; when the customer agrees, turn it into an invoice in one tap — no retyping.

1. Tap Quotation on the Home screen (or Sale → Quotations / Estimates → + New).
2. Pick the customer, add items and rates, and save.
3. Share it on WhatsApp or print it.
4. When they agree, open the quotation and tap Make invoice — change quantities for a part delivery.
